Booking Process
- Hotel rooms on our website are available on discounted tariffs on the website and are non-negotiable with the supplier company because we only make arrangements with the third party vendor and manufacturing/supplier companies.
- For making hotels reservation on our website, you have to click 'book' on the payment section after subsequently we will send you an email acknowledgment of the booking.
- The acknowledgement sent should not be treated as the contractual agreement between the consumer and our website; it is mere authentication of the email id of the consumer in order to proceed with the purchase process.
- The confirmation email sent after the payment has been done by the consumer for the service he purchased from our website will only be treated as the email acknowledgment as it contains the complete details of hotel itinerary purchased along with the tax and fees applicable.
Decline in Credit Cards
In case the credit card of the client is declined for any reason, the same will be intimated to him within 72 working hours. No hotel booking will get processed in case of declination of the credit card.

Our website provides hotel bookings in legitimate way. Any kind of commercial activities, illegitimate bookings/reservations, copying our content, violation of any terms and conditions, unauthorized publication of our website content, resell of any content or logo or any graphics, duplicating the website through piracy, claiming the ownership of this website, harming the site through viruses, any other harm or unauthorized or illegitimate use apparent or in disguise will be treated as prohibited activities will attract serious implications on user by way of legal suits, termination of his account without any prior information.
